Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our customer-focused team. You will inspect damaged vehicles, write accurate repair estimates, photograph damage, document repair plans, and communicate with customers, insurers, and technicians.

In a fast-paced shop, you will balance workflow, support quality and safety standards, and help ensure on-time delivery while providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating collision repairs and documenting damage.
• Ability to communicate repair plans and costs clearly.
• Familiarity with insurance claim processes and documentation.
• Ability to source parts and price repairs accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates.

Responsibilities

• Inspect collision-damaged vehicles and document damage.
• Prepare accurate, itemized repair estimates using estimating software.
• Capture photos and records to support estimates and claims.
• Communicate repair plans, costs, and timelines to customers and insurers.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to support workflow.
• Update repair orders and status changes in shop systems.
• Verify parts, labor, and materials align with guidelines.
• Support quality and safety standards throughout the repair process.
• Assist with customer check-in, delivery, and follow-up for satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.
