Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery. Based in Augusta, GA, you will prepare estimates for customers and insurers in line with manufacturer and company guidelines.

You will coordinate with insurance partners, communicate progress, supervise technicians to confirm damages, and uphold high customer satisfaction as part of a supportive team at Classic Collision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
