Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a dedicated team member in Mississippi to help optimize repair estimates and educate customers on the collision repair journey, insurance steps, and customer rights. This role supports DRP partnerships and KPI goals while delivering trusted service.

Through CYOU and I-CAR training, you will learn Crash Champions standards and complete weekly trackers through Stage 2, focusing on producing accurate estimates and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Arrive on time, ready to learn with a professional demeanor.
• Commit to 7-9 months for program completion.
• Attend all required training including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete weekly tracker through Stage 2.
• Write as many estimates as possible.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educating customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Providing all estimates to support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Providing personal, trusted service by reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers.
• Greeting customers by phone or in-person.
• Educating customers about the collision repair process including insurance claims information, processing, and payment procedures.
