Crash Champions in Ohio seeks a participant for a hands-on estimates program. You will learn to write precise vehicle repair estimates, educate customers about repair steps and insurance claims, and work toward KPI-driven outcomes while delivering trusted service.

The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality and a focus on customer experience, with 7–9 months for program completion and training through CYOU and I-CAR.
