Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• I-Car registration in progress is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and timely parts distribution to the shop.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and vendors.
• Order, receive, and verify parts per repair orders and MIS records.
• Enter invoices, track parts, and monitor vendor discounts.
• Maintain accurate parts labeling by RO number and storage with vehicles.
