Job summary

You will verify part quality, track inventory, and ensure accurate invoicing within the MIS and production schedule.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and I-CAR progression toward Gold Class certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts from vendors, verify quality and quantities.
• Distribute parts to the shop in line with production schedules.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by RO number and store with vehicles/repairs.
