Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for repair orders. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely parts handling to support the customer experience.

You will work with vendors, update MIS invoices, and ensure parts are tracked by RO numbers. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in automotive parts, auto body parts bonus.
• Customer service oriented and organized under pressure.
• I-Car registered or pursuing Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices in MIS.
