Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order. You will verify parts quality, align with the production schedule, and ensure timely delivery to the shop.

The role requires 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MIS systems. A fast-paced environment and teamwork are key elements of this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-CAR registration or ongoing Gold Class progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO# and store with vehicle.
• Communicate Parts Price Changes to required members.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS and monitor vendor invoices.
• Post and file invoices and credits timely.
