Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, receiving, storage and distribution for each repair order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support the customer’s experience.

You will verify parts quality, track invoices, and collaborate with vendors and shop personnel to keep production on schedule. 1–3+ years in auto parts and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts is preferred.
• Customer service orientation and strong organizational ability are essential.
• I-Car registration is preferred; Gold Class progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by RO number and store with vehicles and repairs.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS; monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure invoices and credits are posted and filed timely; verify negotiated discounts.
