The role emphasizes WOW plan execution and close collaboration with vendors, with data entry into MIS systems like Summit and Repair Centre. 1–3 years parts experience and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts bonus).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store securely.
• Notify team of parts price changes.
• Monitor vendor performance and charge codes.
