Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure a superior customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching parts for each repair order. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and smooth coordination with the shop and vendors.

You will verify parts quality, manage invoices in the MIS, track parts by RO number, and help maintain profit margins through careful sourcing and pricing changes as part of the WOW standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with automotive parts and customer service is preferred.
• I-Car registration progress toward Gold Class is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution and communicate needs to team.
• Work with vendors to order, receive and verify parts for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop timely per production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track price changes.
• Label, track and store parts by RO number and vehicle.
• Maintain vendor discount accuracy to protect margins.
• Monitor supplier performance and reconcile invoices.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
