Quality Collision Group LLC in Crestwood, Missouri is seeking an Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers through the collision repair process and to support daily administrative workflows.

You will schedule repairs and rentals, update customers and insurers, process payments, and help keep front-office records accurate, friendly, and organized, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in collision repair or automotive repair.
• Familiarity with repair orders, customer updates, scheduling, rental coordination, and basic insurance interactions preferred.
• Experience with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, process-driven, detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally.
• Create and maintain repair orders in the shop management system.
• Schedule repairs, appointments, and rental vehicles.
• Coordinate routine communication with customers, insurers, and internal teammates.
• Process payment receipts and support accounts-receivable follow-up.
• Close repair orders and maintain complete front-office documentation.
• Assist with customer vehicle delivery and final paperwork.
• Prepare or support monthly reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-office environment.
