Open Road Collision is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our office team. This role serves as the first point of contact, handling front desk duties, scheduling, and administrative coordination to support our collision repair process.

The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Front desk or admin experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
