Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, and client metrics. You will monitor financial performance, identify opportunities, and ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years of collision management experience, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for company insurance. Candidates must be 21 or older.
