Job summary

Jobtailor in North Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Shop Manager to lead daily operations, drive throughput, and ensure top quality from vehicle intake through delivery.

You will assign repair jobs, manage staff, review DRP estimates, and coach team members to meet deadlines while upholding Crash Champions and I-CAR standards. A strong background in collision repair and estimation tools is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs
  • Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure throughput, production quality, and efficiency
  • Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles for teardown or paint
  • Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking in vehicles, and writing estimates
  • Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR quality standards
  • Ensure repairs are billed accurately and back-of-shop PPE protocol is upheld
  • Complete shop payroll and staffing processes, including punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures
  • Manage staff PTO, vacation, or leave
  • Communicate with Body Technicians, Collision Estimators, and Parts Managers to manage daily production flow
  • Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and damage discovery, update Collision Estimator estimates, and lock final estimates
  • Interview and hire candidates, and provide teammate coaching, feedback, and development support
