Job summary

Jobtailor in Fremont, CA is seeking a hands-on Shop Operations Manager to lead collision repair operations. You will drive revenue and KPI attainment while supervising intake, production flow, and staff performance.

You will coordinate payroll, staffing, and team development, coach technicians, and ensure high-quality estimates using CCC ONE. Strong collaboration and decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs.
• Oversee front and back shop from intake to delivery to maximize throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management.
• Provide teammate support and coaching.
• Monitor production goals and standards.
• Process payroll and staffing in a timely manner.
• Manage daily production flow.
• Prepare DRP estimates when needed.
• Recruit and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs
• Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure a high level of shop throughput, production quality and efficiency, such that the location meets or surpasses KPIs
• Labor assignment and production management
• Teammate support
• Monitor and attain production goals and standards
• Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner
• Manage daily production flow
• Write DRP complaint estimates (as needed)
• Team acquisition, coaching and development

Requirements

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers
