JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's operations. This includes risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends. The Collision General Manager ensures that vehicle repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably, in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry standards.

COMPENSATION

Our Collision General Managers can earn up to:

• $90k-$105k annually + bonus eligibility (Please remove this if not in a Salary Transparency State)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Knowledge of the repair process and procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external clients
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
