This includes risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends. The Collision General Manager ensures that vehicle repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably, in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry standards.
