Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and overseeing the daily operations of the Collision Center, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves planning and executing daily operations to meet KPIs and insurance metrics, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
  • Manage the annual and monthly operating budgets.
  • Forecast and track sales, profit, and expenses.
  • Conduct performance reviews for staff.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Oversee shop equipment maintenance.
  • Provide staff training as needed.
  • Ensure safety protocols and dress code adherence.
  • Open and close the facility daily.
  • Conduct production meetings and monitor throughput.
  • Manage estimates and store capacity.
  • Lead repair personnel and facilitate safety meetings.
  • Participate in training and leadership meetings.
  • Review CSI performance and follow up promptly.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience in collision repair or similar.
