Collision General Manager

Salary: $100k+ (Depending on Experience)

The General Manager oversees store operations, financial performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Leading performance metrics and team culture
• Managing staff and ensuring safety and quality standards
• Recruiting, training, and developing staff
• Building relationships with insurance contacts and referral sources
• Participating in marketing and community activities

Requirements include:

• Minimum 5 years collision repair or auto body management experience
• Leadership skills and employee development track record
• Financial literacy, including P&L statements
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
• Proficiency with CCC One and Microsoft Office
