Job Title: General Manager

Crash Champions is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our operations. As a key leader, you will oversee daily shop activities, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality collision repair services across our locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations to meet or exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
• Oversee the front and back of shop activities, ensuring high throughput and quality standards.
• Assign repair jobs, prioritize tasks, and support teammates during peak times.
• Ensure repairs comply with Crash Champions and industry quality standards.
• Handle payroll, staffing, and staff development initiatives.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient production flow.
• Write and update repair estimates as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations of staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry procedures, including insurance requirements.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE) and technology.
• Valid driver's license required.
