Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a customer-service focused CSR to manage appointments, insurance communications, and administrative tasks for the repair facility team. You will use CCC One to schedule, retrieve authorizations, and document repair progress while coordinating rental needs.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1 year in a similar admin role, and strong multitasking with excellent communication. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar admin/support role preferred.
• Experience in auto body or service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relations with customers and insurers.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Record communications with customers/insurers and manage rental information in CCC One.
• Maintain ARMS and ensure data consistency between ARMS and CCC One.
