Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs to disassemble vehicles.
Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
Manage ARMS throughout the day to reflect vehicles in ARMS and CCC One.
