Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Hammond, IN seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs across the process. You will communicate with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs.
• Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and document required repairs and parts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and maintain WOW standards.
