The role involves managing repairs, keeping customers informed, reviewing data with technicians, and handling paperwork to close files in compliance with carrier requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service skills and strong communication with customers.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet timelines in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems and approval processes.

Aufgaben

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, then full estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair through QC to meet Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide a positive experience throughout.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.
