Hendrick Luxury Collision Charleston is looking for a detail-oriented estimator/service advisor to identify required body repair work and schedule it with our Collision Center Technicians. You will discuss estimates with customers, upsell additional services, and ensure accuracy of parts and labor costs to meet customer expectations.

The role requires strong interpersonal and persuasive selling skills, solid knowledge of body shop processes, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair or estimating is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and repair estimates.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Identify required repair work with technicians.
• Offer additional services and repairs to customers.
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle.
• Enter itemized estimates on repair orders and explain estimates to customers.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Document hours and follow company policies.
