Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at the Charleston – Airport location. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork before vehicle delivery.

You will finalize total loss admin and provide status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards. Requirements include 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales preferred), a valid driver's license, and a MVPD Appraisers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks as needed and work in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software required.
• Knowledge of repair process and estimating best practices is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate repair estimates and coordinate with customers.
• Review processes and ensure proper documentation and audits.
• Check in customer vehicles and track status through repair cycle.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
