Hendrick Luxury Collision Charleston is seeking a detail-oriented estimator/service advisor to identify needed body repairs and schedule work with technicians. You will communicate with customers to outline repair scopes and provide cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the body repair methods.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive selling skills.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Works with Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Calculates cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle.
• Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains it to customer.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Observes safety rules and regulations.
