Job summary

Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza Collision Center is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team. You will assess damage, prepare repair estimates, coordinate with insurance, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the claims process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, CCC One familiarity, DRP knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• DRP experience required.
• CCC One experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers upon arrival and communicates information, schedules appointments, and collects vehicle information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers, insurance companies, and co-workers.
• Explains work orders clearly and accurately to customers.
• Inspects vehicles to identify damage including structural, exterior, interior, and mechanical issues.
• Calculates labor and parts estimates and salvage value for the repair.
• Reviews repair vs. replacement costs with the customer.
• Determines costs for repainting or customization as needed.
• Completes insurance claim forms with estimates and recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrates Group 1 values in all interactions.
