Group 1 Automotive is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator for our Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza Collision Center in Maryland. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, and familiarity with DRP processes and CCC One software.

You will assess damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate with insurers and customers. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• DRP experience required.
• CCC One experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Greet customers upon arrival and collect vehicle information.
• Coordinate with customers, insurers, and co-workers.
• Explain work orders clearly and document requirements.
• Assess damage including structural, exterior and mechanical issues.
• Prepare labor and parts cost estimates and salvage value.
