Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating and processing duties. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery while handling total loss administration and post-repair communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and CCC1 or similar software experience. A sales background is a plus, with strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while adhering to safety rules and company standards.
