Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery. The role includes total loss administration and communicating post-repair plans with customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 experience and sales orientation are preferred for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers in accordance with safety rules and standards.
