Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs and parts, and coordinating with insurance for all stages of the repair process.

The ideal candidate will have experience with OE guidelines, DRP processes, and I-CAR training, along with a high school diploma. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Mitchell experience is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and support others as needed.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance and uphold core values.
