Abra Auto Glass l Minnesota & Western Wisconsin in Princeton is seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service Manager to lead front-desk operations, assist customers, and coordinate estimates and repairs at our Princeton shop.

Ideal candidates will bring collision repair estimating experience, knowledge of DRP guidelines, and strong communication and sales skills to help our family-owned network deliver high-quality service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive customer or company vehicles.
• ICAR training preferred.
