Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Collision Estimator at our St. Cloud/Waite Park, MN location.

The role focuses on producing accurate repair estimates for collision work and collaborating with customers, insurers, and shop teams to ensure high-quality results. The ideal candidate has collision estimating experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of DRP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.

• ICAR training preferred

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
