Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin seeks an experienced Automotive Collision Estimator for our Princeton, MN location. This full-time role requires skilled estimating, DRP familiarity, and strong customer communication to deliver accurate repairs.

You will work with a team at our Princeton shop, leveraging leading tools and a standard of safety and quality to ensure timely, high‑quality results for customers and insurers alike.

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and strong communication with customers.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
• ICAR training preferred.

Qualifications that are needed for this position:

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• ICAR training preferred

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
