Job summary

Crash Champions in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a full-time Customer Care & Estimating Specialist to educate customers, prepare and finalize vehicle repair estimates, and oversee the repair process to meet quality standards.

You will coordinate with insurance partners, communicate status to customers, and ensure all paperwork and post-scanning tasks are completed. Experience with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex is helpful; a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with vehicle repair estimating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after full evaluation.
• Manage each repair and perform in-process QC to meet company standards.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and ensure a great experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
