Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring at our Harrisburg location to support customers through the collision repair process. You will educate clients on insurance procedures, complete and lock repair estimates, and oversee repairs from start to finish while maintaining high quality.

You will review data with body technicians and ensure all scan and paperwork tasks are completed accurately. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One,

Qualifications

• Customer service and organizational skills required.
• Experience with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards are met through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle paperwork, and address exceptions.
