Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is hiring a Collision Estimator in Merritt Island, FL to manage the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and work closely with insurance partners to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• CCC1 estimating system familiarity preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customers' claims for the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
