Quality Collision Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our team. The estimator assesses vehicle damage and projects repair costs for insurance settlements, while communicating with vehicle owners to address concerns and keep them updated throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an estimator in collision repair.
• I-CAR or equivalent industry training is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCC Estimating system and insurance protocols.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. A collision repair estimator appraises vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. Communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and needs as well as keeping them updated throughout the repair process. Responsibilities Essential Functions

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
• Work with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly
• Prior experience as an estimator
• I-Car or other industry training history
• Sales Skills
