Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Lakeville, MN. You will manage the repair journey from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with shops and insurers to ensure a smooth claim experience.

Qualifications include 18+, valid driver's license, and strong communication. Prior CCC1 estimating system and I-CAR/ASE certifications are preferred. Competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CCC1 estimating system experience preferred.
• I-CAR/ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimate for customer and/or insurance partners.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage the claim for best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
