Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all‑purpose duties such as writing estimates, reviewing repair processes, checking in customer vehicles, and handling final paperwork before delivery while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to perform physical activity and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Provide timely updates on vehicle status to customers in compliance with safety rules.
