Job summary

Caliber Collision Waxhaw is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role involves communicating post-repair plans and status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications to customers.
