Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to perform a range of duties from writing estimates and conducting process reviews to checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork prior to delivery. The role also includes total loss administration and ongoing status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a Sales orientation, and a valid driver's license with eligibility

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for customers and claims.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide post-repair plan communications and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Adhere to safety rules and company standards.
