Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and customer communications. This role involves check-in of vehicles, finalizing invoices and DRP paperwork, and managing total loss administration.

You will keep customers updated on repair status while upholding Caliber safety rules. Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid MVPD Appraisers License, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for assigned vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide regular status updates to customers while following safety rules and company standards.
