Job summary

Caliber Collision in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and vehicle check-in, delivering final paperwork and post-repair communications to customers. You will finalize total loss admin and ensure timely status updates in line with Caliber standards.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience and a valid driver’s license, plus the MVPD Appraisers License. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Familiarity with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
