Job summary

Caliber Collision in Chesterfield, MO seeks an experienced Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and manage customer communications through vehicle status updates. You will handle in-take, paperwork, DRP and final invoices, ensuring adherence to safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience and a valid driver’s license; CCC1 or similar software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
