Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. The role includes total loss administration and communicating post-repair plans to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

This position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred), a valid driver’s license, and an active MVPD Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize documentation before delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Complete total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
