Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage customer communications from vehicle intake through final invoicing. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and providing status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.

The position requires at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and possession of a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and review processes.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Coordinate with customers on post-repair status and communications.
• Support total loss administration and invoicing.
