Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Wake Forest, NC to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork before delivery. You will handle DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration while keeping customers informed of status updates.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a current license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan and status updates to customers.
