Job summary

Caliber Collision in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake to delivery. This role requires 2+ years estimating experience and a strong sales orientation.

You will use CCC1 or similar estimating software, coordinate with the shop team, and ensure completion of paperwork, DRP, and final invoices while upholding Caliber safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair plan communication to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
